Shipping Policy

Shipping Area

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States. Available destinations and methods are confirmed at checkout. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Options and Rates

Standard Shipping: estimated delivery in 3–5 business days. Standard shipping is free for orders of $100 or more. For orders below $100, the applicable charge is shown at checkout.

Express Shipping: estimated delivery in 1–2 business days for $15.

Delivery estimates apply after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier. The options, prices, and estimates shown at checkout for your address take precedence if they differ because of carrier availability, promotions, or order-specific conditions.

Order Processing and Tracking

After your order is accepted, you will receive an order confirmation. We will send tracking information when it becomes available. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Address Changes and Cancellations

Review your shipping address carefully before submitting an order. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to request an address change or cancellation. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has entered processing or been handed to the carrier.

Delays

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier disruptions, severe weather, high-volume periods, address issues, and other events outside our reasonable control may cause delays. We will provide available tracking information, but we are not responsible for carrier delays.

Lost, Damaged, or Misdelivered Packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, a package arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly at gregoryvespe26031@hotmail.com with your order number. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, first check around the delivery location, ask household members or neighbors, and contact the carrier. We will assist with a carrier inquiry when appropriate.

Returns

Shipping items back is governed by our Refund Policy. Do not return an item before receiving return authorization and instructions.
